Additionally, we draft a legally recognized lease agreement in both Dutch and English.


After the key handover, we take full control of the management.

Slijpen Real Estate handles the following property management tasks for you:

Financial and administrative property management

  • Collecting rent payments, monitoring tenant payments, and transferring them to your account. You will also receive a monthly updated payment overview.
  • Monitoring payments and managing any rent arrears.
    Handling payment reminders and, if necessary, engaging a bailiff.
  • Registering and deregistering with energy suppliers.
    Making payments on behalf of the landlord.
  • Implementing rent increases and preparing the necessary written notifications.
  • Calculating and settling advance payments and costs for services and utilities.
  • Handling energy tax refunds.
  • Managing correspondence between tenant and landlord.

Technical Property Management

  • First point of contact for tenants, we are available 24/7.
  • In case of complaints, we conduct inspections to identify and resolve the issue.
  • Handling and resolving malfunctions and complaints in collaboration with third parties. After the work is completed, a final check is carried out to ensure quality.
  • We conduct regular inspections, both periodic and preventive, to maintain the condition of the property.
  • Key management: We handle key management and assist tenants with forgotten or lost keys.
  • We arrange and coordinate cleaning teams and other necessary maintenance services.
  • Maintenance advice: We provide expert maintenance advice to keep your property in optimal condition.
  • Requesting quotes, issuing assignments, and conducting inspections.
